El trabajo con comunidades nos ha llevado a confirmar que la participación civil, voluntaria y en función de mejorar o sanear el ámbito sociocomunitario, se convierte en una necesidad fundamental que puede surgir como tal, cuando las personas toman conciencia de las dificultades por las que atraviesan y las pueden compartir, en tanto que son semejantes a las que confrontan los demás. Hacerlo consciente alivia en sí mismo porque ofrece coherencia interna, además de favorecer posibilidades de búsqueda de alternativas de solución. Este compartir puede implicar ofrecer resistencia a las exigencias promovidas por sistemas indiferentes a sus requerimientos. Más aún cuando se enfrenta a la crisis sistémica, de la actualidad. Tender puentes con disciplinas y estudios afines resulta crucial en las posibilidades futuras.
